What is the shipping timeframe, and where are the goods shipped from?

Standard in-stock items are typically shipped within 3–7 days; production lead times for customized models are subject to the terms specified in the contract. Goods are shipped directly from the factory in Jining, Shandong; domestic delivery to designated locations is available, while export orders can be handled via various trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and DDP.

How is after-sales support for the equipment guaranteed? What is the warranty period?

The entire unit comes with a warranty, excluding consumable parts. For non-human-induced quality issues arising during the warranty period, we provide replacement parts and remote technical guidance; we also offer a long-term supply of genuine parts to support ongoing maintenance and repairs.

Is it possible to visit the factory and test the machine on-site?

You are welcome to visit our factory in Jining, Shandong, for an on-site inspection and machine demonstration. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit so we can arrange for technical staff to host you and conduct the demonstration.

Do you support exports, and can you provide customs declaration documents?

The products are suitable for export and meet all relevant export qualifications. We can provide a complete set of customs clearance documentation, including customs declarations, packing lists, and invoices. What are the payment methods for purchasing equipment?

Our machines are easy to operate and come with an instruction manual upon delivery.
